Assistant Building Surveyor – APC

* £32,000 – £40,000 + 1st Class APC support + RICS fees + Hybrid + full package (see below)

Best APC rating in the RICS – We are now searching for an experienced Graduate Building Surveyor to join a successful team specialising in the residential sector. This Multi-disciplinary consultancy fully supports their staff with a focus on each individuals’ personal development plan. They will offer the supervision and support you need to make your APC a reality, and the breadth of work you need to cover all competencies.

Person Specification:

* RICS recognised degree or equivalent in Building Surveying or related subject

* 2+ years’ practical experience, ideally having commenced APC

* Experience in residential projects would be an advantage

* Strong communication skills and client-facing

​Roles & Responsibilities:

Joining this high performing residential team, you will work with an 80/20 split on projects/professional instructions. The workload is broad, including capital works, refurbishments, improvements, and new-builds. There are estate improvements, high-end residential refurbs, fire safety projects and more. You will have exposure to the full breadth of experience required for your APC.

The work is all using JCT contracts with a mixture of clients from private individuals and developers, to local authorities.

On the professional side you will be involved in various Surveys, and experience in party wall matters would be beneficial.

Salary & Package:

Our client offers a competitive salary of £32,000 – £40,000 pa dependant on your experience and your progression with APC. Package as follows:
