Description:

Permanent full-time position within a building consultancy environment suited to candidates with around one year of practical experience seeking structured chartership progression.

Responsibilities

* Assist with surveying instructions and project delivery

* Undertake inspections and site-based surveying support

* Prepare reports and technical documentation

* Liaise with clients and project stakeholders

* Progress APC competencies through structured mentoring

Requirements

* Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline

* Approximately one year of practical Building Surveying experience

* Commitment to APC progression

* Strong academic background

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
