Assistant Building Manager Trafford Park £32,000 doe
A leading property consultancy who has shaped the face of real estate have an exciting vacancy for a proven facilities/Assistant Building Manager to join their team. This is the ideal opportunity for a candidate who has proven work experience delivering high-quality facilities management in the commercial sector.
Responsibilities:
* Managing all hard and soft services over multiple sites, planned and reactive maintenance
* Assisting the Senior Building Manager with contact meetings with suppliers
* Invoice validation for completed services provided
* Managing and instructing all minor works, overseeing
* Completing daily safety and risk assessment tours
* Ensuring the H&S system is updated and maintained at all time
Essentials:
* Three years’ experience in facilities management and a knowledge of managing agent responsibilities
* Experience of FM services
* Good working knowledge of managing relationships between landlord and tenants within the commercial property sector
* IOSH trained
