are proud to be working with an outstanding Bodyshop client of ours to bring you this rare opportunity. Working as an Assistant Bodyshop Manager for an established in Huddersfield, you will be joining a great team!

Job Duties Include:

- Effective Management of the bodyshop function, meeting and exceeding all KPIs

- Working with the Bodyshop Manager to meet the demands of the business

- Maximising the use of all available resources to ensure the department is run in the most effective manner

- Estimating of jobs to decide the best way forward for the job card

- Delivering a positive customer experience

- Identifying opportunities for reducing waste/inefficiency or improving quality

Requirements:

- Experience with Estimating or working within a bodyshop is advantageous but not essential

- Knowledge of Audatex is advantageous but again not essential

- A good eye for detail is a must

- The passion and willingness to drive the branch forward is key

Working hours are Monday to Friday 7.30am to 5.30pm with no weekends!
