THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re looking for an experienced automotive Aftersales professional to join the team in Exeter as Assistant Aftersales Manager.
This is a hands-on management opportunity for someone who wants to develop their leadership experience, take on greater responsibility and ultimately progress into a full Aftersales Manager position.
* £35,000 basic salary
* OTE up to £45,000+
* Uncapped earning potential

THE ROLE
* Support the Aftersales Manager with the day-to-day running of the department.
* Help lead and motivate the Aftersales team to achieve operational and commercial targets.
* Maintain high standards across Service, Parts and customer experience.
* Monitor departmental performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Support customer retention and ensure a consistently high level of service.
* Step up and take responsibility for the department when required.
* Develop your management and leadership skills with a view to progressing into an Aftersales Manager position.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You’ll need
* Previous experience within an automotive Aftersales environment.
* Strong understanding of Service and Aftersales operations.
* Previous supervisory, team leader or management experience.
* Commercially aware with a strong focus on customer experience.
* Confident communicator with the ability to lead and influence a team.
It would be great if you also have
* Previous Assistant Aftersales Manager or similar experience.
* Experience within a main dealership environment.
* Strong Service Advisor or Workshop Controller background with management aspirations.
* Experience across both Service and Parts.
* A genuine ambition to progress into a senior Aftersales management position.
