We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable dealership in Exeter for the position of Assistant Aftersales Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional to join a busy dealership and lead the aftersales department with confidence.

Oversee the service advisors and manage the daily operations of the aftersales department

Ensure compliance with all company standards and proceduresRequirements of the Assistant Aftersales Manager:
Prior experience as a Senior Service Advisor or Assistant Service Manager is essential

Strong organisational and communication skills
Good understanding of the UK automotive industry and aftersales operations
