Assistant Accountant

Description:

CMA recruitment Group is delighted to be exclusively supporting our £100 M turn over business who is currently looking for an Assistant Accountant to join their commercial finance team.

This role will we partnering closely with the Commercial Finance Manager completing a wide range of financial tasks from credit control, balance sheet reconciliations, cashflow management and liaising closely with the wider commercial teams across the business.

What will the Assistant Accountant role involve?

Providing daily reporting for wider commercial team for cashflow
Sales ledger and credit control
Creating CIS accounts and preparation of contract reports
Completing journals
Balance sheet reconciliation
Providing cover for the Commercial Finance Manager
Suitable Candidate for the Assistant Accountant vacancy:

Confident communicator happy to liaise with non-finance departments
Experience working in a fast-paced finance department
Previous experience pulling information and providing reports
Excel to a pivot table and v-lookup level
