We are working with a large manufacture based in Marston Moretaine who is looking for an assistant accountant to join their finance department. Is not a large office 3/5 people. You would have responsibility for the office admin assistant, deal with rreporting, analysis , stock management , administration, Logistics in Finance, Purchase ledger, Accounts Receivable activities. due to the nature of this business you would liaise with all the departments which include purchase, stores, workshop & operations.
Main Tasks of Job Role:
* Reporting and financial analysis
* Stock management
* Inputting supplier bills on to the accounting system.
* Dealing with bills and raising invoices
* Bank reconciliations
* Managing Aged debtors and creditors.
* Inputting and reconciling monthly credit card statements.
* Responsible for admin assistant.
* Cash reconciliation and month end reporting.
* Telephone - liaising with suppliers and customers
* General annual company tasks related to fleet maintenance, insurance, electricity renewal, etc.
* Inbound and Outbound logistics - paperwork, liaising with robot shippers, managing bills, shipping co-ordination, import and export clearance, PVAetc.
Team size - 3-4
Open office culture shared with Directors
Timing : Monday to Thursday- 8 am to 5.30 pm ; Friday - 8 am to 1 pm
Full inhouse training.
