Description:
An exciting opportunity to join a successful manufacturing business on an interim basis.
Ideally you will be AAT level 4 qualified and will be able to demonstrate at least 2 years experience in a similar accounting role. We are looking for excellent communication skills as you will be liaising with different departments within the business.
Duties will include:
* Preparing monthly management accounts
* Assisting with month end duties including pre payments and journal entries
* Interrogation and analysis of budget and margins
* Carrying out month end reconciliations /tax filings / and assisting with fixed asset register
* Adhering to internal procedures and practices to ensure accuracy
Skills/experience required:
* AAT level 4 or working towards
* Previous relevant accountancy experience in a similar role
* Excellent IT skills - Excel
