Description:

TSA surveying is in an exciting partnership with a prominent building surveying consultancy. The firm is searching for a permanent Asset/Stock Condition Surveyor to support their expanding business

You will be responsible for:

* Conducting Domestic Energy Assessments within residential properties

* Be the lead surveyor on new projects

* Assisting in the testing of systems and procedures.

* Updating clients on progress and issues affecting fieldwork

* Briefing and co-ordinating surveyors

* Providing guidance for surveyors within the team.

* Liaising with the project managers within the team

* Staying up to date on current regulations and best practice regarding energy efficiency

The ideal candidate must be an accredited Domestic Energy Assessor, ideally with experience conducting surveys within social housing properties. Experience in team leadership roles is also desirable
