Key Responsibilities
Installing specialist protective systems
Working at height on major industrial projects
Handling specialist materials and equipment
Supporting large-scale infrastructure programmes
Working safely around construction and engineering operations
Delivering high-quality work for blue-chip clients
Candidate Requirements
Experience in construction, industrial, manufacturing or engineering environments
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Comfortable working outdoors and travelling
CSCS card advantageous
Willingness to undertake training and qualifications
Team player with good problem-solving skills

Salary & Progression
£35,000-£40,000+ starting salary
With business growth accelerating and leadership roles being created, there are genuine opportunities to progress into senior and Team Leader positions earning £45,000-£55,000+.
Location: Cheltenham
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm
Travel: Nationwide project work
