We have a fantastic opportunity for an Asset & Procurement Administrator to join a dynamic team focused on the IT Procurement of IT products to the business, assisting in the administration of IT assets and the invoicing & recharging cycle; while working for a family-owned company.

We are looking for an administrator with solid experience of customer management and a full understanding of Procurement and Asset management in an IT environment, as well as experience of building effective relationships with 3rd party service providers.

This role is hybrid with 3 days a week in the office in Leatherhead.

The Key Accountabilities will include:

Control of all IT Procurement from order to invoice, ensuring that all procedures are followed
Ordering of all hardware and software from 3rd party vendors
Prepare and manage the invoice process
Working in line with agreed Service Levels / KPI's
Review and identify areas of improvement in the procurement process
Monthly reporting
