Description:
We are recruiting for an outstanding permanent opportunity for an Asset Manager to lead on the delivery of an effective management function for a housing provider.
Duties will include;
-Management of short and long-term asset management plans, both 5 and 30 years.
-Management of team responsible for stock condition surveys and the asset data.
-Management of a team of surveyors responsible for the delivery of planned and major works.
-Contribute to the formulation and effective management of asset management strategy.
-Effective contracts management of contractors delivering works.
-Line management of team, including 1-2-1's and staff appraisals.
Candidates should be experienced in the delivery of asset management or planned maintenance works, with good understanding of 30 year asset management plans. Good understanding of CDM and compliance issues. Have a relevant professional qualification or equivalent.
