Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to join our team in Hull, UK. As an Asset Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of our clients assets, ensuring optimal performance, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize the efficiency and longevity of company assets.

* Conduct regular assessments of asset performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.

* Coordinate with various departments to ensure proper maintenance, repair, and replacement of assets as needed.

* Manage asset inventory and documentation, including asset tracking, depreciation, and valuation.

* Analyze data and metrics to make informed decisions regarding asset allocation, utilization, and retirement.

* Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in asset management.

* Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and monitor asset budgets and forecasts.

Requirements:

* Electrical or Mechanical qualifications, Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.

* Proven experience in asset management, preferably in the facilities or property management sector.

* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

* Proficiency in asset management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

* Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to asset management.

* Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

* Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CMRP, IAM) are a plus.
