Description:

Our client in the Defence industry is looking for an Asset Coordinator who will be working with teams to implement best practices across the organisation.

In you role, you will follow the documented processes for asset and configuration management, be responsible for asset tracking through the entire lifecycle from procurement to disposal, maintain the asset database, gather and maintain essential information such as asset location, asset quantities and audit status. You will also support the Service Asset and Configuration Manager in updating polices and processes.

We are looking for someone with previous experience in asset coordination, knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Intune and Jira Asset Management. You will also need to have the ability to coach and support colleagues on asset management procedures, promoting consistency and best practice across the business.

Due to the nature of the role, all candidates must be sole British nationals and eligible to hold SC clearance
