Description:
Assembly Technician required for a leading manufacturing company based in Surrey. As an Assembly Technician, your main role would be to build and assemble various types of special purpose machinery following in-house procedures.
Responsibilities:
Build and assemble various types sub-assemblies
Building of complete machine systems
Precision assembling & fitting
Attention to detail is essential for this role
Ability to work to engineering drawings and instructions
Must be competent in using various hand & power toolsKey Skills:
The ability to follow (and not deviate from) defined processes in work instructions and checklists.
Ability to work closely with others and contribute as a small team member.
Ability to write clear and detailed shift handover reports. Use of MS Office packages, in particular Excel and Outlook.Working Hours:
Early Shift: 6.00am to 2.00pm Monday to Thursday
Late Shift: 2.00pm to 10.00pm Monday to Thursday
6.00am to 1.30pm or 1.30pm to 09.00pm on Fridays
