Skilled Assembly and fitting Technicians required for an expanding mechanical engineering company based in Fakenham.

Our client is leading manufacturer of specialist lifting equipment, who work with some of the largest engineering brands in the UK and internationally, providing high quality products and services.
As part of a skilled Assembly and Fitting team you will be responsible for:
* Assembling components and machines following detailed instructions, technical drawings and engineering specifications.
* All aspects of mechanical assembly including settings & adjustments.
* Fitting of electrical components including wiring, PTT (crimping) & Soldering
* Troubleshooting to resolve any assembly-related issues
* Use IT systems to locate information and drawings
* Inspect finished machines against order specifications, and test for full operational functionality
* Prepare finished machines for packing and dispatch.
As an assembly & Fitting technician, you will:
* Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in an engineering assembly role.
* Be able to follow engineering instructions and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.
* Have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a quality product
* Maintain a tidy and well-organized workspace, in line with a safe working environment.
* Demonstrate a proactive approach to solving problems and issues
* Have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
