MDH Recruitment are working with our client, an electronics manufacturer, who are looking for an Assembly Technician to join them at their Kirkcaldy based manufacturing site. This client is one of the best employers in the area and have won numerous awards for work in the local community.
As an Assembly Technician, you will play a crucial role in the production process by assembling components into finished products to a high standard and in line with specified guidelines. This position requires a high level of precision, manual dexterity, and the ability to work efficiently to meet production targets.
Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm. 45 minute lunch break
Rate - £12 per hour (with WEEKLY PAY) however this increases substantially upon completion of first 12 weeks tenure.
This is temporary to permanent opportunity employed by our agency then after a period of 12 weeks you will be transferred into a permanent member of staff with the client.
Job Role
* Cutting cable to the required length on customer orders.
* Operating cable spooling machinery to spool cable onto reels for customer orders.
* Making cable assemblies by terminating connectors onto cable.
* Assisting with quality checking orders to ensure order requirements have been fulfilled.
