We are currently recruiting Assembly Operatives, Production Operatives, Manufacturing Operatives, and Factory Workers for a well-established manufacturer in Belper, Derbyshire.

Immediate starts available with inductions held every Tuesday and Thursday.
Pay Rates & Progression
Day Shift
Starting rate: £14.05 per hour
Progressing up to: £17.75 per hour
Afternoon Shift
Starting rate: £16.02 per hour
Progressing up to: £19.72 per hour
Night Shift
Starting rate: £17.05 per hour
Progressing up to: £20.75 per hour✅ Weekly pay

Shift Patterns
Day Shift
Monday - Thursday: 06:00 - 14:30
Friday: 06:00 - 12:00
Afternoon Shift
Monday - Thursday: 14:30 - 23:00
Friday: 12:00 - 18:00
Night Shift
Sunday: 20:30 - 06:00
Monday - Thursday: 23:00 - 06:00
Key Responsibilities
Mechanical and manual assembly of components and finished products
Working from manufacturing instructions and production specifications
Quality checking and visual inspection of products
Safe use of hand tools and assembly equipment
Packing and preparing products for dispatch
Meeting production targets and quality standards
Following health and safety procedures at all times
Working effectively within a fast-paced production team
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in any of the following is beneficial:
Assembly Operative
Production Operative
Manufacturing Operative
Factory Operative
Machine Operator
Warehouse Operative
Production Line WorkerHowever, full training will be provided for motivated candidates with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
