We are recruiting Assembly Operatives, Production Operatives, Manufacturing Operatives, Factory Operatives, Production Line Workers, and Machine Operators to join a successful and expanding manufacturing business based in Belper, Derbyshire.

Pay Rates & Career Progression
Day Shift
Starting rate: £14.05 per hour
Progressing to: £17.75 per hour
Afternoon Shift
Starting rate: £16.02 per hour
Progressing to: £19.72 per hour
Night Shift
Starting rate: £17.05 per hour
Progressing to: £20.75 per hour✅ Weekly pay

Shift Patterns
Day Shift
Monday to Thursday: 06:00 - 14:30
Friday: 06:00 - 12:00
Afternoon Shift
Monday to Thursday: 14:30 - 23:00
Friday: 12:00 - 18:00
Night Shift
Sunday: 20:30 - 06:00
Monday to Thursday: 23:00 - 06:00
Main Duties
Assembling components and finished products to specification
Following work instructions, technical drawings, and production processes
Conducting quality checks and visual inspections
Using hand tools and manufacturing equipment safely
Packing products ready for distribution and dispatch
Achieving production targets and KPI requirements
Maintaining high quality standards
Adhering to Health & Safety regulations
Working collaboratively within a busy production team
Experience & Skills
Experience in any of the following roles would be advantageous:

Warehouse Operative

Quality Inspector
