As an Assembly Operator & Tester, your responsibility will be to ensure standards for manufacturing operations are met within the mechanical assembly of a specific niche project. You will be tasked with meeting company standards for the final assembly of sensor parts for a specific engine product. Driving quality and safety standards and furthering the strong company growth in the Aerospace industry.

As an Assembly Operator & Tester, you will:
Manufacture & test various components and assemblies using recognised processes / skills
Assemble sensors to engines for a niche client project
Set up jigs, fixtures and equipment for assembly or test purposes
Use your knowledge of Mechanical assembly to perform best practice
Work within an intricate detail for best practice of assemblyWhat We're Looking For:
Exposure to Mechanical Assembly in an engineering environment
A basic understanding of welding, brazing and swaging practices
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and apply own best practice
Electrical assembly knowledge would be advantageous
Eagerness for career progression and a team-player without a big egoWhat else do you need to know?
Full training is provided at every step
The hours for this role are on day shifts (08:00-16:30 Mon-Thu, 08:00-13:00 Fri, with earlier start/finish available!)
Substantial overtime available on evenings, nights and weekends once fully trained
