Assembly Operator
£11.44ph Kettering, Monday to Thursday7.30am - 4.0 0pm, Friday 7.30am - 3.45pm Permanent after successful temporary period, Immediate Start.

Duties:
Assembling trusses, and ensuring all products meet company quality standards.
All Profile trusses are complete correctly.
Ensure weekly delivery dates and requirements are achieved as planned with the Production Manager
Housekeeping of work area, ensuring H&S regulations are always adhered to.
Assist colleagues in other areas as and when required.
To ensure paperwork is accurately completed and filed in the relevant locations.
The Requirements:
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Good team player with a positive, proactive attitude to workload and comfortable working to schedules
Excellent attention to detail, good eyesight with the ability to produce quality work.
Reliable and flexible approach to work, with a keen willingness to learn and develop new skills.
Experience of working in a similar role
Able to manage own work and deliver on time.
Reliable and hardworking
