Assembly Operative

The Role
As an Assembly Operative, you will play an important role in the production process, ensuring components are assembled accurately and to the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
Assemble components efficiently and accurately in line with quality standards and production requirements.
Use workshop hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Support with a variety of ad hoc manufacturing and production duties as required.
Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
Follow all company Health & Safety procedures and guidelines.
Work effectively both independently and as part of a wider team.
Ensure all work is completed to the required quality standards and within agreed timescales.
What we're looking for:
Previous experience using workshop hand and power tools.
Experience within manufacturing, production, assembly or a workshop environment is advantageous.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
A reliable, hardworking and proactive approach to work.
