Job Title: Assembly Operative
Location: Melksham
Job Type: Contract
Pay rate: £16.48 p/h including shift allowance
Working pattern: Rotating 2 shift pattern.

Our client, a leading manufacturing business within the Rail industry, are seeking to recruit additional Operatives on an ongoing basis to work within one of their departments.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for dismantling and cleaning train braking systems, removing brake pad using hand tools.
Ensuring that health and safety is adhered to at all times.
Ensuring good levels of house keeping at all times.Qualifications and Skills:

Experience within an Engineering environment.
Good physical condition and manual dexterity to handle tools and components.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.Working hours required:

This will be a rotating 2 shift role, Week 1: 6am - 2pm Monday - Friday and then Week 2: 2pm - 12midnight Monday - Thursday
