We are looking for an experienced Assembly Operative to join a busy manufacturing business in Leicester LE3.
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with steady hours, premium overtime, and the chance to join a growing team.

Read and interpret engineering drawings
Identify and pick the correct parts
Assemble parts according to engineering drawings
Work with aluminium, stainless steel, and mild steel
Using hand-held and power tools to assemble the parts
Identify and report defects
Communicate with all departments effectively What we are looking for
Experienced Assembly operative
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
Experience working within an engineering company
Experience in handling large/heavy sheet metal, including stainless steel
Good attention to detail
