Assembly Operative - Build, Bond, Create!

⏰ Shifts: Monday-Friday 6am-2pm

???? Location: Raynesway, Derby

Hourly Rate: £12.75 per hour- 37.5 hours per week paid (you will get a 30 minute unpaid break per day, and a 15 minute morning break paid per day)

Looking for a hands-on role where you can learn new skills and become part of a growing manufacturing team? We're currently recruiting Assembly Operatives to join a busy production environment based in Raynesway, Derby.

No previous experience? No problem! Full training will be provided for the right candidates. If you're practical, have a good eye for detail, enjoy working with your hands, or have hobbies such as building Lego, model making, crafting, or DIY, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

???? What You'll Be Doing:

* Working on a production line assembling high-quality products ????

* Applying adhesive glue as part of the assembly process

* Building and finishing products to a high standard ✅

* Following work instructions and production procedures carefully

* Conducting quality checks on finished products ????

* Working as part of a team to meet production targets

* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

???? What We're Looking For:

* A positive attitude and willingness to learn

* Good attention to detail ????

* Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination

* Someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work ????

* Reliability and a strong work ethic ????

* Previous production or assembly experience is beneficial but not essential
