Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00am – 5:00pm, and Friday, 8:00am – 1:00pm
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Assembly Operative to join our client's team in Dudley. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous mechanical assembly experience who is confident using hand tools and air tools and handling steel products.The successful candidate will assist with the assembly of mechanical components, ensuring products are assembled safely and to the required standard.
Key Responsibilities
Carrying out mechanical assembly work using hand tools and air tools.
Handling and moving steel products safely throughout the production process.
Assembling components with instructions and specifications.
Ensuring products meet the required quality standards.
Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment.
Supporting the wider production team with general duties as required.Requirements
Previous mechanical assembly experience
Confident using a range of hand tools and air tools.
Experience handling steel products or working within a manufacturing environment.
Good attention to detail and a practical approach to work.Working Hours & Pay
Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Friday: 8:00am – 1:00pm
Pay: £12.71 per hour
