Pay: £12.71 per hour + holiday accrual - paid weekly

Delta Personnel is searching for Assembly Line Operatives in Lancing for an on-going temporary assignment and who can start immediately.

Typical duties

* Assembling kitchen units: Putting together cabinets, panels, drawers and other furniture components.

* Using tools safely: Operating basic hand and power tools after appropriate training.

* Following specifications: Working from production instructions, diagrams or job sheets.

* Quality checking: Looking for damage, incorrect fittings, poor alignment or finish defects.

* Supporting production: Moving completed items forward and helping the line meet its targets.

* Maintaining standards: Keeping the work area clean and following PPE and safety procedures.

Best candidate profile: someone with good manual dexterity, accuracy, reliability and teamwork skills. Experience in furniture, joinery, manufacturing or production assembly would transfer well.

AM Shift:

* Monday to Thursday - 6.00 to 15.30

* Friday - 6.00 to 12.00

PM Shift:

* Monday to Thursday - 12:30 to 22:00

* Friday – 10.00 to 16.00

Essential Requirements:

* Reliable & punctual

* Comfortable with heavy manual work – physically fit

* Own safety boots & hi-vis
