Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm
Holiday: 28 days per year
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Assembly Operative to join our prestegious client based in Birmingham. Permanent role after a successful trial period.
The role involves the assembly of small automotive components, along with product wrapping, packaging, and general production duties. This is a hands-on role where attention to detail and a good work ethic are essential.
The Role
Your main responsibilities will include:

Assembling small automotive parts and components
*
Shrink-wrapping products
*
Packaging finished products ready for dispatch
*
Following simple assembly and packaging instructions
*
Checking products to ensure they meet quality standards
*
Maintaining a clean and organised working area
*
Working efficiently to meet production targets
About You
We are looking for someone who:

Has excellent attention to detail

Is reliable and has good timekeeping and attendance

Takes pride in producing high-quality work

Can follow instructions and work as part of a team
*
Is comfortable carrying out repetitive, hands-on tasks

Has a positive attitude and a willingness to learn

Previous assembly, production, manufacturing or automotive experience is advantageous, some training will be provided.
