Assembly Operative – Radcliffe
£12.75 per hour | Day shift | Monday to Friday | Temp to Perm
Aspired Talent are recruiting an Assembly Operative to join our client’s door and wardrobe manufacturing team in Radcliffe.
This is a practical, hands-on role offering a temp-to-perm opportunity for a reliable candidate with good attention to detail.
The role
- Assemble door and wardrobe components to the required specifications.
- Use hand and power tools safely to fit and secure components.
- Check finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Handle and move materials carefully to prevent damage.
- Support the production team with general manufacturing duties.
- Keep your work area clean, tidy and safe.
- Follow work instructions and company health and safety procedures.
About you
- Previous assembly, furniture manufacturing or similar practical experience would be advantageous.
- Confident using hand and power tools.
- Good attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
- Comfortable carrying out manual handling.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work well as part of a team.
Hours and pay
-Day shift, Monday to Friday
