Days – Mon – Thurs 7.30am – 4.30pm / early finish Friday
We have an exciting opportunity for an Assembly Fitter to work for a large, established engineering firm based in Grantham.
Your duties as Assembly Fitter will be:
* Assemble, build and fit components from engineering drawings.
* Stripping down and rebuilding engines / generators
* Using manual and air tools
* Assemble diesel and hydraulic/pneumatic equipment.
We need experienced candidates from within a mechanical / plant / agricultural / automotive / garage workshop environment to work as the Assembly Fitter.
Must have good knowledge and experience of assembling and fitting Diesel engines, hydraulic rams, electrical wiring, understanding of manufacturing and engineering.
You will be working as part of a company with a good record of staff retention and training, the successful candidate will have the opportunity for long term career development.
