We have a growing manufacturer who are looking to bring in a new batch of assemblers as they experience a year of increased demand!
This assembler role has a starting salary of circa £12ph+, with regularly available overtime (at increased rates of pay) and a pay review available subject to a successful probation!
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in either assembly or be mechanically biased, as this is a core aspect of the role. Though training can be provided if you have some basic mechanical / production experience and would be happy working in an assembly-based role.
Assembly Fitter duties include: -
Assembler of mechanical & electrical components
Strip down, repair, service & overhaul of products
Reading & working from engineering drawings independently
Carrying out regular inspection work to check for any defects.
Testing of products
Keep a clean & tidy workstation.You must be proficient with various hand & power tools & have previous experience in a similar workshop capacity if you wish to be considered. Ideally having worked in a similar production / fitting role.
Hours: 08:00-17:00, Monday-Friday
