An exciting opportunity to join an established and growing manufacturing business is seeking an Assembly / Finisher to join its production team. This is a hands-on role focused on assembling and finishing precision components to a high standard, ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and a pride in quality workmanship.
Salary: Up to £29,500

The Role:

Assemble and finish components to required specifications
*
Carry out polishing, cleaning, and preparation of parts
*
Work from engineering drawings and instructions
*
Ensure components meet quality and finish standards
*
Use a range of hand tools and finishing equipment
*
Maintain accurate records and follow production processes
*
Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times
Essential Requirements:

Experience in assembly, finishing, or a manufacturing environment
*
Good attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
*
Ability to follow instructions and work from drawings
*
Good manual dexterity and practical skills
*
Strong work ethic and reliability
Desirable:
*
Experience working with precision components or engineering parts
*
Background in polishing, finishing, or fabrication
*
Experience in a manufacturing or workshop environment
