Description:
Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our manufacturing client near Calne, who are actively seeking an Assembly Engineer on a temporary to permanent basis.
What you will be doing:
Assembly of a range of units including fitting guards, switches, hoses, gearboxes, motors and pumps
Working from technical drawings to complete assemblies
Test and carry out fault finding when required, raising issues and identifying potential causes for the units failures
Preparation of products for despatch, assembling and cleaning components and completing PDI sheetsWhat you need in order to succeed :
Experience within a production environment using a variety of hydraulic, electric and manual tools
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
Attention to detail and ability to work to deadlinesWhat you will receive :
