Temporary to Permanent
Days: Monday - Friday
Hours: 06:00 - 18:00
Pay Rate: £13.00 - £16.00 per hour dependant on experience.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer/Fitter to join our team in Kings Lynn. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team environment. This role involves various physical tasks and requires mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity, and a commitment to safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems and equipment.
Perform nut and bolting tasks to ensure secure fittings and assemblies.
Load and unload materials and equipment.
Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Follow detailed instructions to ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently.
Assist with site preparation and clean-up, ensuring all tools and equipment are stored properly.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of tools and machinery.
Support skilled tradespeople in completing various construction and maintenance tasks.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and construction practices.
Ability to operate hand and power tools.
Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.The successful candidiate must be able to drive and have UK License.
