The RoleWe are currently recruiting for Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team based in Reading. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with previous manufacturing experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment.
As an Assembler, you will be responsible for operating machinery, using hand tools, and assembling products to a high standard of quality and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Operating manufacturing and production machinery safely and efficiently
Using hand tools to assemble components and finished products
Following assembly instructions and production specifications
Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet required standardsRequirements
Previous experience within a manufacturing, production, or assembly environment
Experience using hand tools would be a bonus
Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to follow written and verbal instructionsWhat's on Offer?
