Temp-to-Perm Opportunity | £12.21ph | Immediate Start

We're working with a well-established manufacturer in Clacton-On-Sea who is currently seeking a Assembler to join their team on a temporary-to-permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous machine operating or production experience, looking for stability, growth, and long-term prospects.

Position Details:

Location: Clacton-On-Sea, Essex
Hours: Monday - Thursday, :30, Friday 8.00-15.30
Full-Time Role
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Paid weekly (via Prime Appointments during the temp period)

Key Responsibilities:

Basic light assembly metal work
Basic machine operating and minding
Working in a busy / production line
Working towards daily targets
Making sure work area is clean and tidy
Any other factory roles as required

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in manufacturing, production, Assembly
A team player with strong communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Looking for a long-term role with potential for permanent employment
