Location: Barking and Dagenham
Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)? We are looking for caring, patient and enthusiastic individuals to work as Learning Support Assistants in a special school in Barking and Dagenham.
Aspiring Support Worker - The Role
As an Aspiring Support Worker, you will help pupils develop their learning, communication, social skills and independence. You will work alongside teachers to create a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting pupils with classroom activities and learning.
Providing one-to-one and small-group support.
Encouraging positive behaviour and social development.
Helping pupils with additional needs access the curriculum.
Building positive relationships with pupils and staff.
Who We Are Looking For
