Academics are looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to support children with severe learning difficulties and associated challenging behaviours. You will be joining a friendly, energetic and creative team.
About the school:
This is a specialist SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) school based in Crowborough, East Sussex, providing tailored education and support for pupils and students aged 4-19. The Academy caters for a wide range of needs, including Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) and Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD), with provision across primary, secondary and sixth form phases.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Able to provide academic and pastoral support
