Tradewind are recruiting! Are you an organised SEN Teaching Assistant looking for your next role in Ashford?
Tradewind are currently recruiting for a hardworking, resilient, and patient SEN teaching assistant to work in Ashford. The role is to start from September, will be full-time, and will be on a long-term basis.
SEN School
SEMH School in Ashford where they use psychotherapeutic treatment for children suffering the consequences of early life trauma, deprivation, and abuse. The ages they work with are 5 to 16 years old, and currently there are less than 20 pupils on roll.
You will be working on a 1:1 basis and main-class supporting pupils with SEMH. The ideal candidate is someone who is patient, resilient, and no SEN experience is essential, it's more about the person, you!
Our registration process
If you have no experience working in schools, we provide our free, in-house TA training delivered by one of us!
You will need to hold an enhanced DBS on the update service, if you don't it's not a problem, we help with this! It costs £46 and we will pay you the money back once you have worked 20 days for us!
