Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire.
Salary / Benefits £22k - £38k + Training + Benefits
We have a reputable and privately owned Asbestos Constancy who have a strong presence in the Yorkshire / North West region. Due to recently gaining new contracts, they are now seeking to recruit an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to cover Commercial and Industrial sites. This role would suit a candidate with a flexible attitude, who can easily adapt to a fast-paced working environment. Consideration will be given to candidates from: Ripon, Thirsk, York, Malton, Pickering, Harrogate, Keighley, Selby, Wakefield, Bradford, Barnsley, Huddersfield, Blackburn, Bury, Oldham, Rochdale, Warrington, Macclesfield, Buxton, Crew, Chester, Liverpool, St Helens, Wigan, Bolton, Preston, Burnley, Sheffield, Chesterfield.
Experience & Qualifications:
" Will hold the P402, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent qualifications.
" Will have hands on experience working for a UKAS accredited Asbestos Company.
" Will be fully conversant in relevant Health and Safety legislations.
" Familiar with using industry relevant systems (TEAMS / TRACKER)
" Wil have excellent communication skills.
The Role:
" Carrying out management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys on Commercial and Industrial sites.
" Conduction re-inspection surveys upon completion of work.
" Undertaking smoke, leak, background, re-occupation, and personal air testing.
" Carrying out 4 stage clearances.
" Undertaking audits on site when required.
" Gathering information from site and using TEAMS / TRACKER systems to produce detailed reports.
" Ensuing work is carried out in line with HSG guidelines.
