Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst.
Location: Swindon, Wiltshire.
Salary / Benefits £22k - £38k + Training + Benefits
Our client is a multi-disciplined consultancy who are now seeking to recruit an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst. You will be working with our clients established team of surveyor / analysts covering Healthcare, Educational, Industrial, Leisure, and Domestic sites. You will be working across the M4 / M5 corridor, ensuring that work is carried out in line with agreed time frame and relevant Health & Safety guidelines. Due to the nature of the role, our client would consider candidates who only hold the BOHS P402 and are looking to gain further Pcert modules. Covering the M4 / M5 and surrounding areas: Chippenham, Marlborough, Devizes, Warminster, Andover, Sailsbury, Bath, Bristol, Trowbridge, Shepton Mallett, Shaftesbury, Stroud, Gloucester, Cheltenham, Cirencester, Bridgewater, Minehead, Taunton.
Experience & Qualifications:
" Will hold the BOHS P402, P403, P404 or RSPH qualification.
" Extensive background working for a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy working as a surveyor and / or analyst.
" IT literate, able to use TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
" Fully conversant with relevant Health and Safety legislations.
The Role:
" Management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys.
" Conducting re-inspection surveys upon completion of work.
" Carrying out 4 stage clearances.
" Smoke, leak, background, re-occupation, and personal air testing.
" Using TEAMS / TRACKER systems to produce detailed report based off site findings.
" Carrying out audits in line with client needs.
" Working in line with relevant Health and Safety legislation.
