Asbestos Surveyor Analyst
Up to £40,000 (DOE) + Benefits

Looking for a role with a solid pipeline of work across major projects and a well-structured patch?
A well-established, UKAS accredited asbestos consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Asbestos Surveyor Analyst to support a long-term contract across Bristol and South Wales.
You’ll be joining a close-knit, supportive team with a strong reputation in the industry, working on a range of large commercial projects. The workload is consistent, well-organised and offers a good balance of site-based work without excessive travel.
The role:
This is a mixed role combining both surveying and analytical duties. You’ll be working across commercial sites, carrying out surveys as well as air monitoring and 4 stage clearances, ensuring all work is delivered in line with current legislation and high internal standards.
As an Asbestos Surveyor Analyst, you will:
* Carry out management, refurbishment and demolition surveys
* Undertake air monitoring, background, leak and reassurance testing
* Complete 4 stage clearances
* Produce accurate and detailed reports
* Working in line with HSG264 and HSG248 guidance
* Maintaining strong working relationships with clients on site
What will you need to be successful?
* BOHS P402, P403 & P404/RSPH3 qualifications
* Proven experience in a dual Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst role
* Experience across large scale commercial environments
* Full UK driving licence with flexibility to travel
* Strong attention to detail and a professional approach
