Asbestos Surveyor Analyst
Salary: £38,000 + Over 50 Days of Holiday

Penguin Recruitment is excited to partner with a distinguished UKAS-accredited client, a leader in nationwide asbestos management services with a particular focus on the Southwest, The Midlands, and East Anglia areas. This role predominantly involves commercial work, allowing you to move past residential projects.
About the Company:

They hold UKAS accreditation across all asbestos-related disciplines, including Surveys, Re-inspections, Bulk Analysis, Fibre Counting, 4-Stage Clearances, and Air Monitoring, delivering quality service while remaining competitive.
Required Qualifications:
P402, P403, P404 Certifications
Minimum of Two Years of Relevant Industry Experience
Proficient in &
Strong Communication and Client Liaison Skills
Detailed Report Writing Abilities
Excellent Work Ethic, Capable of Working Independently or in a Team
In-depth Knowledge of Health and Safety in Asbestos Work
Flexible with Working Hours
Valid Driving License
IT Proficiency (Experience with TEAMs beneficial but not mandatory; training provided)Key Responsibilities:
Assess and oversee asbestos removal, ensuring compliance with HSG 247
Manage client accounts, maintaining effective communication with clients and line managers
Process samples efficiently and generate timely reports
Engage in continuous professional development through monthly training sessions
Assist in training junior team membersWhy this company?
