Location: Bristol & Surrounding Areas
Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 basic | OTE up to £46,000
Contract: Permanent | Full-time

A leading UKAS-accredited asbestos consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to join its growing team covering Bristol and the surrounding region. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified surveyor looking for a strong basic salary, excellent earning potential, and an extensive benefits package.

The role offers a varied workload across domestic, commercial, and industrial properties, with additional earning opportunities through weekend working.

The Role

Carrying out Management, Refurbishment & Demolition (R&D) asbestos surveys in accordance with HSG264

Undertaking asbestos sampling and reinspection surveys

Surveying domestic, commercial, and industrial properties

Collecting and transporting samples to approved UKAS-accredited laboratories

Producing accurate asbestos survey reports and site drawings using company software

Providing clients with technical asbestos advice and support

Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Liaising with Quality, Contracts, Project Management, and operational teams

Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with company procedures and current asbestos legislation

About You

BOHS P402 or equivalent qualification (essential)

Previous experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor

Experience surveying domestic, commercial and/or industrial properties

Strong knowledge of HSG264 and current asbestos legislation

Confident producing accurate survey reports and site documentation

Strong client-facing and communication skills

Full UK driving licence (essential)

Professional, organised, and able to manage your workload independently
