Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor.
Location: London, Greater London.
Salary / Benefits £24k - £36k + Training + Benefits

Our client is a leading and established Asbestos / Health and Safety Consultancy who have a leading presence in the South East. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking to take on an Asbestos Surveyor. The successful candidate will hold the BOHS P402 qualification and will be able to confidently carry out surveys on Commercial and Residential sites in line with HSG 264 guidelines. Our client can offer the successful candidate the opportunity to train in other environmental sectors, company pension scheme, excellent holiday allowance, and a competitive salary.
Successful candidate will have good access to London and surrounding areas: Ilford, Romford, Cheshunt, Watford, St Albans, Brentwood, Southend-on-Sea, Maldon, Chelmsford, Braintree, Saffron Walden, Bishop's Stortford, Colchester, Hertford, Stevenage, Luton, Aylesbury, Hemel Hempstead, Slough, Windsor, High Wycombe, Reading.

Experience & Qualifications:
" Holding the BOHS P402 or RSPH qualification is essential to the role.
" Will have experience working for an Asbestos Consultancy, carrying out surveying duties is essential to the role.
" Will be well versed in HSG 264 guidelines.
" Excellent communication skills.
" Able to organise workload efficiency.
" Familiar with industry relevant systems.
The Role:
" Carrying out management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys on Commercial and Residential properties.
" Undertaking re-inspection surveys upon completion of work.
" Sampling of suspected ACMs.
" Ensuring to bag and label suspected ACM samples correctly prior to sending for analysis.
" Working in line with HSG 264 guidelines.
" Producing detailed reports upon completion of work using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
