Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor
Location: Leigh, Greater Manchester
Salary/Benefits: £26k - £38k + Training & Benefits
This growing Asbestos company is on the hunt for an enthusiastic Asbestos Surveyor who can hit the ground running in the Northwest of England. Applicants will need the BOHS P402 or equivalent and can work on commercial and domestic sites undertaking asbestos surveys, ACM samples, and re-inspection surveys. Experience / Qualifications:
- Worked for an UKAS accredited company
- Proven technical knowledge, including: HSG 264 and UKAS guidelines
- Good literacy, numeracy, and IT skills
- Have the BOHS P402 or RSPH equivalent
- Able to travel in line with company needs
- Client facing skills
The Role:
- Conducting the full range of demolition, management, and refurbishment asbestos surveys
- Collecting ACM samples from site
- Producing comprehensive survey reports and floorplans/drawings
- Adhering to H&S guidelines such as wearing PPE
- Performing re-inspection surveys
- Meeting targets and deadlines
