Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor
Location: Basingstoke, Hampshire.
Salary / Benefits: £24k - £38k + Training + Benefits

We are working closely with a successful UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy. They are now seeking to take on a BOHS P402 qualified Asbestos Surveyor. You will be carrying out surveys on Local Authority, Commercial, High Security, Healthcare and Educational sites. You will be responsible for producing detailed technical reports based on site findings and ensuring work is carried out in line with HSG 264 guidelines. Experience & Qualifications:
" Holding the BOHS P402 or RSPH equivalent is essential to the role.
" Will have experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor for an established Asbestos Consultancy.
" Able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of HSG 264 guidelines.
" Excellent communication skills.
" Ensuring work is carried out in line with agreed timeframes.
" Able to use TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
The Role:
" Working on Local Authority, Commercial, High Security, Healthcare and Educational sites, carrying out management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys.
" Carrying out samples of suspected ACMs, ensuring to bag and label correctly prior to sending for analysis.
" Carrying out re-inspection surveys upon completion of work.
" Ensuring work carried out complies with HSG 264 guidelines.
" Gathering information from site and using industry relevant systems to produce detailed reports.
