Asbestos Surveyor
Up to £36,000 + Benefits
Edinburgh, Scotland
An established asbestos consultancy in Scotland is expanding across the Central Belt and due to a growing workload, is looking to recruit an experienced Asbestos Surveyor based locally in Edinburgh or in the surrounding areas.

No long-distance travel will be required, just consistent, well-managed work in your region.

As an Asbestos Surveyor, you will:
* Conduct management, refurbishment and demolition surveys
* Produce clear and accurate survey reports
* Work across a mix of residential, commercial and industrial sites
* Ensure all work is carried out in line with current regulations and company standards
* Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
What they’re looking for:
* BOHS P402 or RSPH Level 3 qualification in Asbestos Surveying with a minimum of 12 months field experience
* Full UK driving licence
* Experience using TEAMS or similar asbestos software
* Good IT skills and attention to detail
* Strong communication skills and a professional approach
