Location: Yorkshire
Salary: up to £36,000

Role and Responsibilities: This Asbestos Surveyor role involves conducting thorough asbestos surveys a range of properties. Responsibilities include:

Conducting asbestos surveys in accordance with HSE guidelines and regulations.
Providing accurate and detailed reports on asbestos-containing materials found during surveys.
Maintaining clear records and documentation of survey findings.
Liaising with clients to explain survey results and provide recommendations for safe asbestos management.
Contributing to the expansion of the company's services into commercial asbestos surveying.Requirements:

Previous experience as an asbestos surveyor is essential.
P402 qualified
Familiarity with HSE guidelines and regulations related to asbestos surveys.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately identify and assess asbestos-containing materials.
Excellent communication skills for client interactions and clear reporting.
